Fall Out Boy Meet and Greet

Here's a good follow up the last post of my interview with Patrick Stump, the Fall Out Boy vocalist.

Fall Out Boy had been very near and dear to my heart for years and I am sad to say they are on an indefinite hiatus, which made the opportunity to see them at a small venue before their demise all the more amazing. On November 6, 2008, WBRU's DJ Emmett and I accompanied winners to (if I recall correctly) Harper's Ferry in Allston, MA for a quick meet and greet and small show that shed the usual demonstration of emo-to-cool-for-school-ness and stadium theatrics they had grown into and stripped back down into a club show. Though, their guitars did still light up for the final number.

My apologies that these are not the best photography, but I guess I never promised quality shots. Just the moments I could capture.
